Either way, you already know what the problem is. You just haven't fixed it yet. This is not a coaching programme. There is no group call, no module, no check-in form. There is a problem, and there is work, and one of them ends.
About Michael Dowling-Fleet
If you've read The Nightclub, you know the framework. What you won't find in the book is that I spent years on the wrong side of it. Before I understood what was actually running the show.
I've been in boardrooms and boxing rings, classrooms and construction sites. I've built a company from nothing to 140,000 users and watched it fold. I understand what it costs to keep performing when something underneath is pulling against you, because I've paid that cost myself.
I work with one type of person: capable, successful, privately stuck. Men who have already tried the standard routes and found them wanting. Men for whom being seen to struggle is not an option.
"I don't sell programmes. I solve problems."
What I Do
The root cause of underperformance is rarely a lack of effort, intelligence, or desire. It is a subconscious programme, built for childhood survival, running unchecked in your adult life. The work is identifying exactly which pattern is operating in you, where it came from, and what it will take to remove it.
Resilience is not the ability to absorb punishment. It is the ability to return to peak function after disruption, at speed. I work with clients to build the psychological infrastructure that makes pressure a performance trigger rather than a performance killer.
Sustainable high performance is a design problem. We build the environment, the habits, and the mental frameworks that make your best work the default, not the exception. This is long-term, structural change, not motivation.
"Previous routes haven't worked because they treated the symptom. This addresses the source. We identify what's actually driving the behaviour. Not the surface presentation, but the pattern underneath it. Then we dismantle it."

The Book
Inside every mind there are two characters running the show. One is strategic, calm, and future-focused. The other is impulsive, comfort-seeking, and will do almost anything to avoid the unfamiliar. Most people have never been introduced to either of them.
An accessible, practical guide to what self-sabotage actually is, where it comes from, and what you can do about it right now. Shaped by years of research, real client stories, and a proven reprogramming methodology. The book that turns insight into change.

How It Works
STEP 01
Fifteen minutes. I'll tell you directly whether I can help. No pitch, no obligation, nothing in writing unless you want it. If it's not the right fit, I'll say so immediately.
STEP 02
No intake form. No template. I need to understand the actual situation. Not the version you've told other people. That conversation determines everything that follows.
STEP 03
We identify the pattern, dismantle it, and you execute the change. The pace is yours. Some clients are done in weeks. Others work with me across months. The format follows what the work actually requires.
Private Coaching
This is not a coaching practice in the conventional sense. There is no group programme, no public testimonials page, no social proof machine. The clients I work with require confidentiality as a baseline, not a feature.
The men I work with are successful, image-conscious, and privately dealing with something that conventional routes haven't touched. They've usually already tried therapy, NLP, or standard coaching. They're not here because they want to be. They're here because nothing else has worked and the problem is costing them.
I work with a small number of clients at any one time. That is a deliberate choice, not a capacity constraint. The work requires full attention and it gets it.
What stays constant is the approach: identify what is actually driving the behaviour, understand where it came from, and dismantle it. The client executes the change. That part is non-negotiable.
Private Engagement
15 minutes. No pitch. No obligation.
A single conversation. Fifteen minutes. I'll tell you directly whether I can help. No pitch. No obligation. Nothing in writing unless you want it.
